Standard Shipping – 
FREE on ALL orders!

Your orders are shipped within 24 hours. (Excluding weekends and holidays) Standard Shipping is FREE for ALL orders to worldwide. We will ship your order via the Air Mail Service and standard delivery times are;

  • 1 – 4 business days* to Australia (Shipping from Sydney, Australia)
  • 1 – 4 business days to USA (Shipping from LA, California)
  • 7 – 12 business days to Canada / Europe / Asia (Shipping from South Korea)
  • 10 – 20 business days to Eastern Europe / South America (Shipping from South Korea)

(*weekends and holidays are not included in business day)

  • Express Shipping – Recommended to bulk buyers!
    For faster delivery, we offer 3-5 Business Days* via 20% discounted EMS worldwide – priced $25.00USD, this will cover for your combined postage on a single order. Saturday and Sunday delivery options are not available. Simply select option as EMS when you make a payment at check out.

RETURN / EXCHANGE

If for any reason you are not satisfied with Croota products, we will give you either a refund or an exchange, as long as you follow these simple guidelines.

  • You may return items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must write your email address and request inside return.
  • Items are thoroughly inspected before returns are processed.
  • We will process your return/exchange within 3 days from the day the item is received at our warehouse.
  • Once the return/exchange is processed, we will notify you via email.
  • You are responsible for return shipping fees. If you have opted for an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping fees ($4.50USD) on the exchange order.  If buyer requests an exchange or replacement in which we (Croota) can not provide we will issue a full refund the item(s).
  • We do not charge a restocking fee, but if buyer prefers a refund, a $4.50USD shipment fee for initial shipment will be deducted from refund account.
  • Please send back the returns by secure courier company, we will not be responsible for any lost/custom issue that occur in the return shipment.
